Fabia Combi GreenLine

The same as the basic model range, the second generation Fabia Combi GreenLine has a modernised look. The largest benefit is, however, technical changes for reduction consumption and emissions of pollutants.

The important new features include a new 1.2 TDI CR DPF/55kW engine, a Start-Stop system and a movement energy recuperation system. These systems are being used in a mass-produced Škoda for the first time ever.

Movement energy recuperation is a modern technical element enabling the effective use of a car’s movement energy to charge the battery.

The economy of operation is also increased by the gear recommendation function on the Maxi DOT display, which helps the driver make optimum use of the engine’s potential.

The Start-Stop system switches on automatically after the engine starts. If a driver stops, for example at a crossroads or in a traffic jam, puts the car in neutral and releases the clutch, the engine switches off itself. After the clutch is depressed, the engine starts again. In this way, in a combined regime it is possible to save approx. 0.2 to 0.4l/100km, and in town as much as 0.3-0.9l of fuel per 100km.

Other measures are the reduced and aerodynamically covered sporty chassis and, last but not least, the use of tyres with low rolling resistance.

The car’s attractive outer design is completed by, in addition to Antares light alloy wheels, a black matt foil on both B-columns of the body and the wing mirrors, as well as outer handles painted in the car’s colour. The GreenLine version is offered as standard with a DOMINO interior and instrument panel in Onyx – Onyx or Onyx – silver-grey versions.

Important safety elements include the ESP system (including ABS, MSR, ASR, EDS and HBA) and the system for checking the tyre pressure; front fog lights with a DAY LIGHT function are included as standard in the accessories.

1.2 TDI CR PDF/55 kW

The economical 1.2 TDI CR PDF/55 kW engine offers consumption of 3.4l per 100km and CO2 emissions of only 89g/km. The values for other pollutants are also lower. The engine meets EU5 emissions limits.

Antares light alloy wheels

Elegant, light alloy Antares 6Jx15” wheels for 185/60 R15 tyres with lower rolling resistance are fitted as standard for the GreenLine model.

Start-Stop system

The Start-Stop system, one of the main new technological features, contributes to reductions in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
